If i can I want to buy it online but when i out in my area code it says that it dosent cover my area. do I just put in the closest zip code that works?

If your billing address isn't inside a coverage area, then you will be unable to sign up. Tmobile also reserves the right to terminate your account for roaming too much of the time.

It isn't stupid, its a good business practice. The agreements they have only cover people who roam up to 50% of the time, after that tmo begins to pay more. Once you roam a lot, their profit margin shrinks, and they begin to lose money.

Hmm. In that case you're right. I'm sorry didn't know how the agreement works here.
