Hey guys i have cingular 8525 and i want to sell it to my friend but he dosnt have ATT/cingular and i need to unlock it so he can use it with t-mobile. how do i unlock it?

call cingular for the unlock code.

If you have AT&T tell them you are going to europe give them the imei and the will get you the unlock code

I would recomend going to xda-developers you have to be a member of that forum if u own a HTC device. navigate to the Hermes forum ( hermes is the name of the cingular 8525) there u will find a something called SIM & CID unlock download, conect your phone to your comp run the files follow instructions and there. it will not take ten minutes of your day.
