Hi
Will my unlocked S.E K700i work with a USA SIM in America?

That depends on the service provider you plan to use.
TMobile: yes, if you don't roam outside their 1900 MHz network. Their native area is mostly large cities and along major highways.
AT&T : yes, in certain areas. This carrier uses the 850 MHz band outside of large cities, if you are in one of these areas you will not have reception because your phone does not have this band.

Thanks for the info, I will be in Nashville TN so I assume from this I will be OK. I was planning on using TMobile so that sounds promising.
