I'm new here, and just recently got the SLVR 7c from Verizon Wireless. I checked out the other thread (around 10 pages long) to find out how, but that was apparently for the Cingular version, because my phone does not have the same settings menu as that one, and I thus couldn't follow the instructions.
What I'm looking for is how to place video files unto the memory card so they will play on the phone. I have a 1 GB memory card, no space used yet, so I definitely have adequate storage for at least a short clip. However, there is no "Video" folder on my card when opened from my computer, apparently I can't post links, but the folder contents are Music (folder), devicon.fil (file), devlogo.fil (file), and wmpinfo.fil (file) all in Motorola K1m/L7c - Removable Storage Card. I do not know where to drop the videofile into.
I have already converted the video into a .3gp file (as per the format that CombJelly posted with the exact same settings using the Nokia Converter 2.0), so the file has the proper size and extension. Can you put videos on the Verizon SLVR L7c, or was I wrong in thinking this? All help is appreciated much.
Cheers,
Juns

Hey, thanks a lot for responding! I have the file converted to the specified .3gp format with the screen size, I just need to know where to put the file.

If you have a transflash just keep it on the base root of the memory card. (dont put it in a folder or anything)

And it automatically goes into the phone video area? Thanks a lot, I'll try it out.

It just says "the file type is not supported on this media player" and does not allow the transfer. I have it converted to the right specifications (.3g0 176x144 etc.) but i does not work.
Help?
Thanks!
