I really really really don't want the cell zip that they give out where I live, can I go to the next city (where I go to school) and sign up there and get THAT zip code for my new number? I don't want a 610 484 cell, I want a 215 267 number.

They will go according to billing address, so if you have an address there you can use, go ahead.

I went today and the guy said - they do a credit check and if your drivers license doesn't match your credit report then that would flag it. He did say for a fee I can change it. I don't mind the fee, so I guess im still in luck!
