I have cingular krazr and my buddy has a verizion krazr if I hook my phone up to the computer via usb cable it acts as a usb storage device allowing me to drag and drop ringtones to it. My friends phone will not, any programs too help him out or did he just pick the wrong company.

I would also like too add that I did download the drivers for the k1m and when i hook up the phone it said that it worked and instaled it but if i go into my comp it dosent show up I can find a usb mass storage device and the usb modem but i cant access it. also we both have 2gb memory cards in are phones.

Verizon generally cripple their phones multimedia capabilities in order to try to force you to buy media through them

Check the boards at www.maxedmobiles.com or www.modmymoto.com - there tends to be some more knowledge folk on the CDMA models there. I don't know them at all as UK is GSM only
