Whereabouts are you located?
Often your provider will have programs for handing phones to 3rd world if you want to do that
Or you can post it to me

PetSmart has prepaid available to send unwanted cell phones (without chargers) and empty Ink Jet cartridges (except for certain models).
Also a lot of fire houses, women's abuse shelters and churches will take them with the chargers. Even unactivated phones can be used for 911.
