Hi Everyone,
I am currently in a dispute with T-Mobile, and they are pretty much accusing me of lying about a service I had been received for the first year and a half of my time with them. I had been receiving text messages from T-Mobile when my minutes were low and a single text message when I first went over. T-Mobile is insisting they do not do this. The messages stopped when I upgraded my plan. A customer service rep I have been dealing with is insisting that I must have signed up for a third-party service. I never signed up for said service -- the messages just arrived.
Has anyone else ever received such notifications?
Best,
Judy

Sorry to say, I'm with tmobile on this one. I have never heard of them sending out txt messages when you get close to going over your minutes. The only thing I know about is #646# to check your minutes.

Are you sure you weren't with prepay? I know they offer a service that will let you know when your getting close to the end of your minutes used.

T-mobile has never done this with any kind of phones, or plans. You may have signed up with a 3rd party vendor that would do this for you, but T-mobile has no system in place that could do this. But try asking at T-mobileSignal.maybe they have an explanation for you.
