I just bought a Motorola Razr V3m from Sprint.i cant share files via bluetooth with any other cell phone.is there a way i can unlock the bluetooth from my phone? Someone help!

Absolutely no way that I know of. Sprint has purposefully had that ability disabled as it could essentially give you access to some of their features for free.

It's not BlueTooth, it's the software of the phone, you can probably hack it, but you risk goofing your phone up.
