I did a master reset on my Motorola V60i to clear all old phone numbers etc and to my horror the phone changed from English to Chinese! Because I can't read Chinese I dont know what to do to set it back to english! Please help

Find someone who speaks Chinese?
Go down to your local takeaway or Chinese restaurant, Chinese people valuing their heritage is still very much alive and I think most people who look Chinese will probably speak the language.
If you ask a nice pretty young waitress (or waiter, whichever is your preference LOL) you might even get yourself some fringe benefits.
Or read the phone instruction book and go through the process of changing it, if there is enough detail in there to be able to blag your way through.

If you can find an English only langpack you could flash this - but its unlikely! Previous suggestion is better!
