i have a brand new s500i and i want to install the pc suite and im trying to install it but how long is it supposed to take? its taking for ever for me. its been almost an hour and its basically stuck in the same place. is there something im supposed to do. leave the phone connected? it said that the phone was supposed to be disconnected. so idk what i should do. help is greatly appreciated. thank you. --kotak.

nope not using windows vista. im using windows XP sp2

Did you reboot like they asked you to in the first place?
I would re-download it from sony and give it another shot.
