I currently have a razor v3xx with AT&T video and whatever comes with 3G. I was considereing getting the new Razor 2 as an unlocked phone. My question is if I infact by that phone, would any of the 3G features not work on it? Or should I just wait to AT&T carries it to be sure I can get all features? Thanks for any help.

Why, oh why (!) did you feel the need to put your subject in all capital letters? If the situation is so desperate, AT&T should be your first stop - they truly can help.
Please don't use all capital letters to get our attention.
Respectfully,
Jacob M.

Kaybella,
Thanks for the apology.
I am currently using a non-AT&T phone (an O2 Jet). With the correct settings, I have had no problems using all of the features that my phone supports (which are significantly less than the RAZR2). The RAZR2, properly configured with the MMS & WAP settings, should have all of the features that are available from AT&T.
The two advantages of buying a phone from AT&T (or any carrier with which you're signed up) is that they often offer a rebate/discounted price to new/upgrading customers and the settings are already configured. If you're willing to muck around a bit with settings (we can help) and the phone you buy can support all of the features AT&T offers, then you're fine - and maybe even better off.
Put succinctly (as you can see I tend to go on & on), the RAZR2 has the capability to take advantage of all of AT&T's features and configuring it to do so, though mildly irritating, should be fairly straightforward.
Peace,
Jacob M.

Thanks for the reply Jacob. I was wondering with all the new features of 3G such as the at&T video and other stuff, would those have different settings which need to be configured other then the WAP and MMS? Or will seetting the wap and MMS give you access to everything? Thanks again for the help.

Kaybella,
To the best of my knowledge, the WAP & MMS settings will give you access to all of the new features. The technology to get to the content, like AT&T video, is newer & faster, but they still use those same settings. Provided that you configure those right, you should be set.
I'm sorry that this isn't an iron-clad affirmative; I have to concede that I could be mistaken or that something has changed since I last looked into AT&T's setup. But I am confident that they haven't and that your phone can be properly configured to work with the network).
Peace,
Jacob M.
