Hi, I have a magenta T-mobile razr that my wife uses and when the camera or video recorder functions are opened it displays the message "busy, try again later," shuts down the camera and goes back to the main menu. Can anyone give me an idea as to why it is doing this and what I can do to fix it. I have already tried a master reset and have talked to t-mobile. Neither helped any. Thanks!

Have either of you done any mods?
I would be tempted to try flashing a monsterpack. If you still have issues check the cable.

Hi, no, neither of us have done any mods to the phone. I tried flashing the r374 monsterpack and it did nothing. Is that the right one or do I need to use a different one? Thanks and any help you could give me would be greatly appreciated!

In that case it must be a hardware issue. Either cable or camera
