Hi, I'm one of the Cingular Wireless Customer Care reps for Texas / Oklahoma / Kansas City / St Louis / Arkansas.
Just to let you know what's up, I sit in a room with 100 other people wearing headsets that makes a beep noise and pushes a customer to me that's been waiting on hold, I begin talking to them and try understand their problem, then try to fix it, then try to leave a note in the account about that phone call, then tell the customer goodbye, and the phone beeps again and pushes in another customer who was on hold.
I work an 8 hour shift and take about 45 calls a day.
