Hi hope someone can help me I have tons of ringtones that are unlocked on my old razor but i can't transfer them through bluetooth to my new palm treo any out through know how to do this?

Yep, I think you'll have to do that if the ringtones you want to transfer are .mp3. The Treo doesn't use those natively as ringers and can't receive them via BT unless you have a program installed that registers with the Palm OS "exchange manager" as the default handler for .mp3 and have a SD card.
Try installing Pocket Tunes or maybe Resco Explorer or UniCMD. You would have to set Resco or UniCMD up to be the default receiver of .mp3 files and have the program save to the SD card.
Easier to transfer to a PC, either by USB cable or Bluetooth.

I am new will any usb cable work or do I have to have special one. My laptop is not bluetooth

a usb cable that is compatiable with both your laptop and treo should be ok
