I know this is harsh. but does anyone know if tmobile is going out of business in the near future? i mean i just dont want tmobile anymore and i will NOT pay the eft so. Yes, i can just wait it out till ohh say NOVEMBER 2008 . thats going to take forever
so yeah is tmobile going out of business?

No, for signing up with a cell phone company without having the dedication required and signing a contract. That's why you're an idiot. You should do your research and check the coverage in your area before signing up for a year or longer with a company.

even IF they go under. the carrier that takes them over will still service your contract and ETF will still apply if you cancel
