Hi there, I'm new. Please don't bite.
I have a question which I've been pondering for a long time. Right, my SE K800i can be used as a modem to connect my computer to the internet. Yes? I've always found this feature pretty useless seeing as: A. WAP/GPRS is hideously expensive here; B. WAP/GPRS is hideously slow here.
I was wondering if you could reverse this process, so instead of using the phone's WAP to connect to the internet, I'll be leeching off my home broadband connection. Like a wi-fi connection and a wireless laptop.
I hope you know what I mean.
Thanks.

There are phones that are wi-fi enabled, but they are not very common.

Aren't Bluetooth and wi-fi just two ways of transferring data wirelessly? I would have thought there would have been a way to do this using a phone and my Bluetooth dongle.
