Okay, I am very frustrated right now.
My cell phone will not send images or videos liike it used to and is supposed to according to my plan even. I called in and apparently everything is enabled , yet it still will not work .
I know there is a way of getting images/videos onto a computer using a USB cord, of which most fit my phone - the motorola v360 - i'm asking how I can transfer the images using the USB. it starts charging the phone, rather than opening anything up . but it has to work. any suggestions ?

First you probably just need the correct settings on your phone, your provider should be able to send these OTA (over the air)
For the USB transfer the easiest way will be MPT from www.bvrp.com or Mobiledit from www.mobiledit.com. You can use the p2k programs for free but this will be more work

my internet doesnt work over my phone either .
this is very strange. Let's say I do try those websites, how do I go about transferring images through that ? Or Can I, even?

No - those websites are for PC programs
For your phone internet get your provider to send the settings
