Hi.
Just bought a w300 and its a nice little phone, but is possible to alter how long the phone rings for when somebody calls or texts you? Mine seems to go to voicemail pretty fast and when its a text message, it is five or six seconds only. I am using MP3s as the ringtones for both calls and texts.

The text message time is built into the phone, the time it rings to voicemail is set by your carrier. You can set that to a max of 30 seconds by either calling calling into customer service or using this code:
*61*+1xxxxxxxxxx*11*30#
replace the x's with your voicemail number. You may need to add another * at the very beginning . sometimes one works, sometimes 2 does.
