When I close the phone the display doesn't go off or change. It stays on as if the phone is still open. Otherwise everything on the phone works normal.

Have you changed the housing or done any other mod?

No, the phone was new and got wet. All other functions work and will make and receive calls, cam works, both displays are great. Looks new it just doesn't shut down when closed.

It sounds like a problem with either the magnet or sensor. Water wouldn't damage a magnet though.

Ok, I'm waiting on a t-4 torx so I can dis-assemble it and inspect it.thanks anyway
