Hey I'm new to the forums, I've finally figured out how to get my own ringtones onto my phone, and when someone calls they work perfectly. However when I try to play them from the "My ringtones" folder I hear just a little hiss and static but no ringtone. Does anybody know why this is happening and how to fix it? Thanks in advance.

They're in mp3 format. They were working when I first put them there and I was testing them, but now they just don't work.
