Unlocked Motorola RAZR2 V8 sends unwanted international SMS

I bought a motorola razr 2 v8 on ebay.
The cell phone are branded by T-mobile, i have unlocked it with no problem here in Canada.
Im a french i'll try to talk my best.
I got a problem, the cell phone is sending unwanted ''International SMS'' thats cost me $0,20 each time they do this.It appear on my cellphone bills but not in my cell phone when i go chek on ''message'' folder.
I dont know what this is, im realy tired of this.
All i want to doo is ''Format'' my cell phone to the original version, like if he was going out of the manufacturer. I mean unbranded it , or i think it can be called a Flash .Is there some one here that know how to reset or flash a motorola razr2 V8 or maybe fix my problem with the sms?
I think the problem is due because my network have still like ''contact'' with the T-mobile network because the t mobile software is still there even with an unlock code.
its maybe not that but i suppose this im not an expert of how it works.
I would be very happy if some one out there can help me!

If is there a monsterpack available for the razr2 v8
my bootloader is:
a3:c9
Its what i get by (#, * + Power) while opening the cell
