Hi
New to this and new to this phone but my phone will no longer ring when I am receiving calls or text messages. When I go to sounds and play any of the files there is no sound coming out of the phone. It does play the opening music when I turn on phone and the vibrate noise is there but none of the sound files has any sound. I did a master reset just in case. did check ring volume it was 7
Any ideas? Worked fine until yesterday after charging battery

I assume in ring styles ring volume is nonzero?
Have you transferred any ringtones recently? If so delete the two .db files in phones audio folder and restart phone

Yes I did and they were working for awhile
Could you please tell me how to locate those files and how to delete. Sorry complete newbie at this!

If they were working for a while then I doubt that is the issue - but you need to use a p2k program to access them
Ring style ring volume is definitely non zero?
