I recently bought a CA-45 cable (also known as FBUS cable) from eBay and installed its drivers ("PL-2303 USB-to-Serial"). I also downloaded the latest version (2.12.1.5) of Oxygen Phone Manager, since Nokia PC Suite is known not to work with the CA-45 cable. The problem I have is that neither Oxygen Phone Manager could recognize the phone, though it seem to recognize the cable on the correct port.
Note: dunno if this is correct, but I leave the phone turned on when connecting it via that cable.
