M2 memory install problems for Sony Ericsson W580i

I just bought a W580i a week ago and today i bought a M2 mem card for it and i am having problems getting the cover to pop open. Looked in the manual and they dont help much. Does anyone know how to get the cover open. thanx in advance

Just push down on the cover. It'll push the memory card down, causing it to pop out and push up on the cover.
Then lift the cover, take out the card, insert the new card, and you're good to go.

screw sony !
they come up with very good phones only to annoy us with the covers.
I have been trying to open the M2 cover to put in the 256 MB they gave for the 1 hour. I can even see the scratches of my nails.
And now the battery cover. Could'nt figure out a way.so got on the net.only to find many like me.
And good suggestions

Facing the screen, use a thumbtack to pry up the M2 slot cover on the right side. The hinge is on the left. Pushing down to get it to pop up will only work if there is already a memory card installed.
