How do i trancfer my contacts to a new phone?

if your old phone is still active you can download Backup Assistant from Get it Now on the phone. it can be found in the get it now catalog under "tools on the go" (or "get going") > get new app > top sellers. It says it's $1.99 subscription but if you've regitered for My Account online, it's free.
That program will back up your contacts then you can just run it again on you new phone (once activated) to restore the saved contacts.

well you can either call customer service to have it reconnected or take both phones to a store & they can do a phone book xfer for ya
