If you flashed a monsterpack and still have a problem its not software.
I'm thinking the magnet / sensor that detects flip is open.
Does the outer screen change when flip is opened or closed?
Ohh hold on, when I start it in Bootloader mode and flash it it comes up with 'Internal error while programming phone'. The model is S Flash Neptune LTE2.
When I open the phone the screen flashes for a second which is what would normally happen when it changes from the white light to the proper screen image, so I think it's working okay.
Could this internal error indicate a software issue? If it isn't in bootloader mode I can flash the phone fine and the software works okay, it's just the screen is still white.

Just tried it and also tried a different monsterpack. Starts up fine but the screen is still blank with the backlight on.

Ok so i have the same phone and the same problem. but if i open my phone slow and watch the screen closely it brings up the normal screen. when i finsh opening it some times it turns white some times its fine and most of the times the top bar thats normaly red is all messed up and nothing works lol so i'm guessing its a connection somewhere
