I bought the phone used and it worked flawlessly up until about 2 weeks ago when I answered the phone and I could barely hear who I was talking too. All of my calls have been like that since, I have no idea what's wrong with it, can anyone help?

Sounds like a blown/faulty speaker
But it would be worth checking it for metal swarf etc if you work in an engineering environment - the speakers tend to attract this and it muffles them

I work in auto parts so it's definitely a possibility. Next step is finding a T4 torx bit! Radioshack's smallest one is T5 so it's off to Sears I go.
