I had my phone repaired at Nokia Care Center. When I got my phone back, I realized that my phone's software or the firmware version has been updated from version 4 to version 5.0719.0.2. I created a phone backup using the PC Suite before the repair. When I restored the phone back, some applications installed before the repair were automatically installed again but some didn't. Those applications that failed to installed back after the restoration are always trying to install themselves automatically again and again everytime I disconnect my phone on my PC, or everytime the phone turned on, but the problem is the installation always fails with a message "Unable to complete installation from memory card. To install remaining applications, go to Application Manager". When I checked my phone's application manager, there are some applications that says "Not Installed". I think those are the applications that are trying to reinstall automatically. When I tried to install them manually from the application manager, it says "Expired Certificate!" I also tried to delete it but there is no delete option from the application manager or when I press "c" to delete, nothing happened. I also tried to download those applications again and tried to install them but the thing is, the newly downloaded applications says "Expired Certificate!" when I install them. Please help me to solve this.

Perhaps you can try to find and delete the files using File Manager. You should be safe, since you backed up your phone already. If something becomes abnormal after the deletion, just restore from your last backup.

Perhaps that means the installer is in your memory card instead of your phone's memory? If you have searched your memory card as well, I am out of ideas. Sorry.

you can try this :
- unplug and format your memory card and try install app using bluetooth
-reset your phone to factory setting and do the installation again
- sometimes upgrade doesnt work, ask them to flash different version
