Unlocked RIZR can't send / receive MMS - No websessions

i just got a rizr unlocked, and the only problem is i cant send or receive picture messages. ive tried to switch the settings but there are no websessions and i cant change the mms service. what can i do? i absolutely love my phone, but am stuck with this problem.

You have a few options, if Cingular offer the Z3 you can almost certainly find a Cingular monsterpack .
Otherwise you can get the settings sent to your phone - try cust services or their website
Finally how do you mean there "are no websessions" - no menu?

i spent all day yesterday trying to figure it out. i took my phone to a guy who said he could fix it only to find out that there is nothing i can do.
my phone is a tmobile rizr z3 and im a cingular carrier. my phone doesnt even having settings where i can put in the settings. any suggestions? or am i out of luck?

Do you mean you don't have the menu?
If so you can flash a stock or cingular MP
Or you can edit SEEM 0032_0001 offset 2F - bit 1: WebAccess > Web Sessions Menu (1 on, 0 off) (menu item, may require update to mma files)
Update mma_ucp if needed

yes i dont have the menu. i cant go on the internet either or change the settings. im not too familiar with what to do. what so you mean flash the stock?
