How can I unlock my newish (not sure the exact model) Sony Ericson T-mobile phone, so that I can use an 02 simcard with it?

If you are a tmobile customer, you can request to have them unlock one of your phones every 90 days. The phone has to be one that they sold in the past. Just call customer and ask for the unlock code.

That's to unlock it so I can use any SIM card yeh? I'm not talking just the PUK etc, or that my SIM has been blocked.

Anyway, I rang t-mobile and after keeping me on the phone for literally 1hour, they hung up. So I rang back and they said there's a £15 charge for the code.
Un-f*cking-beleiveable.
Anyone know where the code might be free online? I know the exact model is a W300i now. if that helps.

Sorry, I didn't realize you were using tmo uk. Otherwise I wouldn't have said that. Anyway, try the SE fourm on this site (pretty sure there is on, if not just make a general post in phone manufactures).
