Those two phones are so different, that its really going to depend on what you want. Are you going to be using BIS internet or email?

well theyre kinda the same in a way. yeah i'll be using internet. blackbery comes with a program to put on the phone so you can go on the internet for free, as from what i understand.

Personally, I'd go with the pearl. I like pda style phones though. As for free internet, I have not heard or read about this anywhere. BIS email is 9.99/month or BIS email and internet is 19.99/month.
