Is there a simple way of downloading pictures or files from T329 using a data cable? From what I've experienced with other phones, it's much faster, and I don't really feel like chewing up minutes transferring pictures every few days.
I purchased a generic data cable for the T329 phone. When I connect it to my PC (running XP Home w/SP2), I am prompted for drivers. The system can't find them after searching on the internet. I did manage to find data cable driver online but the phone is still not accessible even though I see it in Device Manager as a Samsung USB Mobile Device. It doesn't show up when I open My Computer.
Anyone have any experience with the data cable? Is there a software package I need to get from Samsung to access and manage the phone perhaps? Thanks for any help.

I have this phone and downloaded the Samsung USB drivers, plus some other USB mobile modem driver. Neither one seem to do anything at all. I plug the phone into the computer and I hear the sound showing it is connected, but nothing else happens.
I would also like to know how to get photos from my phone.
PS I have windows Vista.

I found the software on Samsung
Unfortunately, I can't post it directly due to my newbie status.
To track it down, go to samsung
Select the support button at the top
Enter Stripe in the search field, selecting "Stripe (SGH-t329)"
Select the resulting tab marked software (manual is the default)
and the program, PC Studio will appear in all Window formats - Vista and Non-Vista
