I just bought an unlocked Blackberry 7730 off ebay. When I popped my SIM card into it, it said no network available. I contacted the people from ebay and they said it was unlocked. The phone was T-Mobile was unlocked for anything (I have Cingular). What's wrong?

from ATT you need a BB data plan and the data settings for that device
where ATT does not sell that device your basically on your own except for the plan and data settings. this is a good site to start on.
your phone doesn't have an 850mhz band. if you're not in an area with 1900mhz, you won't get service. in this situation settings wouldn't really matter.
