I've had my razor for some time now and have never come across this problem before.
If I'm posting this on the wrong section, please can a mod ove it and let me know where I need to post.
The Problem:
I've not used my mobile for about 3 days and the battery ran down, when I came to look at it, the screen had frozen. Now when I try to use it, the on off button works fine, but nothing else will work.
I'm at a completel loss here, can anyone help?

Did you try removing the battery when it's on?
that works on mine when it freezes

Nope.nothing! Still only goes to sound control, but even that doesn't work properly
