my only concern with the pearl is getting accustomed to the sure-type keypad, but i'm still not sure which to take. do the sidekicks have push email? how is the web browsing on either? thanks in advance.

i got the pearl and i think its pretty fast, less bulky too

The sidekicks data service is very good. It has a backend server that renders web pages before they get to your device so that when they appear, they are optimized for the smaller screen. It does have push email and supports IMAP and POP accounts.
