can anyone help me? i deleted a bunch of stuff that i shouldnt have and my phone is not working now, i deleted thems like moto and scarlet now i cant see anything, can someone help me get these themes? or upload a good seem for me?

Its a hard lesson to learn but please people make sure you do your research or ask questions if you dont know what you doing before you start tacking your phone like this. Based on the information you have provided and the fact that we dont know exactly everything that you have changed I would agree with Mike and suggest your reflash your phone.
