Why the hell would you want that?
You want to downgrade bootloader not upgrade

but does a monster pack need a certain bootloader? or does a monster pack include a bootloader?
i.d.k because i have bootloader 7.DO and sometimes when i try to install a new monster pack it fails.

No - monsterpack does not need certain bootloader - unless it uses a modified firmware in which case it would require 7.D0
What files are failing and what program are you using to flash?

My razr v3 had water damage but dried out and worked for about a month. Now my 9 and navigation keys don't work. When mashed the keypad does not light up. Can someone help?
