I did try to enter the eight 0's and still say's wrong password. I got a PUK code from T-Mobile and entered that number, which also did not work. Any other suggestions that might help me out?

When the phone is powered on, on the very top the title say's "PHONE LOCKED", the line below that say's, "ENTER PASSWORD". On the very bottom on the left hand side, it say's "OK" and on the very bottom on the right hand side, it say's, "SOS". There are no icons showing, only when I enter <00000000> or any number, I see a wrong password icon.
