i purchased a samsung 620, and i am already having problems installing my phone to my pc to sync music, because it keeps saying" device unplugged" when infact i followed step by step, and ialso called samsung, and they said to call my carrier verizon, because they have to install the driver? WHATT! If anyone had a situation like mine, please tell me what to do, because i am mad as hell with everything!

Oh, you poor soul. I love my Samsung M620, but then again, I get to have mine without the drawback of having to be a Verizon customer.
I would suggest maybe calling Verizon, seeing if they know what the Samsung guy was talking about. Other than that, good luck, I hope you can get it fixed up. It really is a nice phone.

I called verizon, and they told me to go to the device manager, and to uninstall, then reinstall the usb composite device, then my phone should be able to install on my pc, and it worked, and yes it is a great phone.
