Hello,
Ok, I'll be as brief as possible. If there are any tmobile reps, I'd appreciate your help.
1. I've had Motorola's for years and my tzones would give me access to something called "MyEmail" where I could set up my home POP email (ROad Runner) and check text only versions of my email. I now have an HTC dash. I go to tzones but "MyEmail" is gone. I can't access it. Any reasons why?
2. I set up my email on my new HTC Dash, thinking that I'll only be able to use it when I'm connected via Wifi. However, today, all day, with Wifi off and not connected in any way to anything, I started getting my emails. A tmobile rep told me that that was possible because of my unlimited tzones. All I need apparently is my unlimited tzones to continue getting email to my phone.
Why is #1 happening, and is it true that having unlimited tzones gives you the ability to see your email on a Dash?

Tzones is not supposed to work on the dash, which is why you can not find my email. And it is also the reason for the dash's email client working. Because you have a data plan, you can use email on the dash and not tzones. Do not be suprised though if this stops working since your using tzones and not tmobile total internet.

Hey,
Thanks for the answer.
Let me ask you something. The t-mobile rep I spoke to last night on the phone said having t-zones was all I needed to get email and that's why it was working. He also said that I didn't have to have t-zones, but if I actually received emails without it, it would cost 40 cents per email.
How does that sound to anyone?

To get My Email, you need T-Mobile Web. Go to T-Mobile Web in the phone's browser, then select Email & IM, and the first link is My Email.

Yes, but as I mentioned above that doesn't show up on my Dash.
