I need recomendations for ATT compatible phone with best reception. My daughter goes to school in Huntington Indiana and the reception is iffy but I need a family plan and ATT appears to be the best option. Because I know that the phone can effect the reception I would like to know which phones from clamshell to smartphones have the best reception rating.
Thanks

I have my CU 400 from LG and it's the best on reception from the four phones I've owned in the past.

Ive noticed nokias tend to have very good coverage. I cant promise all nokias do, but I hear the fewest dropped call complaints about them. I would also suggest a phone with an external antenna, since they seem to be doing better in low coverage areas than ones with internal antennas.
Is it really only $20 for dorm phones now? Wow. My how the times have changed.

not sure how much it cost for a dorm phone , but seriously, do college students really need cell phones? I get calls from plenty of parents every day upset because there kid in college ran up their bills with text and hundreds of dollars in overage min

Do college students in the states really get things bought for them? You crazy folk from the south (you're all from the south where I am). If someone's old enough to live on their own, they're old enough to pay for their own cell phone. Responsibility is good!
