Ok, here's the facts.
I bought a phone and started a 2-year plan last Friday and I want to cancel everything and return the phone. I don't mind, obviously, paying for the prorated time in which I was active. I just wanna cancel because I've had a string of incidents and quite frankly, I've had enough. The phone can be returned within 2 weeks and the back of my contract says a plan can be canceled within 15 days. Do I have all of that right?
Please advise, and also if there's anything I should say or avoid saying, etc.

Hi all,
i have set my new wing up to receive e-mail from work. i travel to different countries, and when i get an e-mail that the company wants me to view they call me and i download it. the problem i have is that with the phone turned on and none of the programs running, my wing automatically establishes a "data link". Here in the States i have unlimited, but when i travel, most times, it is a roaming charge.
How can i stop the phone from establishing a "Data Link" when i don't want it to?

You are correct with everything there. Nothing special to say or avoid. You just are canceling service and returning a phone.
