I want to apologize up front, as I'm sure this question has been posted before, but I'm not the most computer savvy person and I can't seem to find an answer. I bought an unlocked Motorola RAZR V3 from ebay and it's a T-Mobile phone, but I have Cingular service. I can make and receive calls and text messages just fine, but I can't access the web. Can anyone tell me how to reconfigure the web access on my phone? Much appreciated!

I looked through the whole sticky, the only think i could find was that someone said that on t-mobile phones you have to turn the auto update off - i can't figure out how to do that. I see all the instructions on how to do it, but I just can't find the option anywhere on my phone on how to get to the web settings. Any suggestions?

Their tutorial link has been down for the past week, they should try clicking it theirself before getting all huffy about it. I've been trying to go for a week now to get settings for my new phone, and I havent been able to pull up the webpage yet.
