JD Power Named At&t #2 in over all customer service just behind T-mo ,
( too bad the only reason to-mo is number 1 is they give angry customers what they want to shut them up, hell t-mo isnt even in the us to make a profit, they are hear to annoy the other us carriers)

Hey, we do the same things Tmo do too.which I hate. My manager will credit anything just to shut angry customer's up.
