I'm having service problems with eht u740 phone. I've updated the roaming usking *228, but no improvement. I went back to Verizon store and they replaced the phone, but still having service issues. I own several other phones, and I can have them all lined up, and all execpt the u740 shows coverage. Anyone else having service problems with this phone?

I would suggest calling tech support & have them open a trouble ticket. it may come back that it's an equipment issue and it needs to be replaced again. just jump thru their hoops. if you replace it enough times you may have the option to choose another model
