Hi I have a Moto Razr that I have had for a while and dont normally shut off. I did tho yesterday, and I do not remember any of my passcodes, its passcoded to turn it on, and since I kind of by passed that it's all buggy. It doesnt ring, i get a beep saying I have a msg. I'd like to master reset or clear it, I dont care about losing anything. I need this phone to keep in contact with my children so pictures, music, all that junk is not important. Is my only option to go to Cricket and have them do it? I was hoping to save time and not have to stop there.

Thanks

Try 1234, 12345, 123456, or 0000, 00000, 000000.

I list all of these because I don't remember exactly which one works. And I've found that different phones have differingf default passcodes. I think the V3 was 12345 while my latest V3xx is 00000.

Try these and see what happens. Good luck,

Unfortunately I'm sure I changed passwords, and they're probably nto even all the same for the different apps. Those are not working, anyone else?/ Please. This is extremely annoying, its just incoming that is messed up.

ok i stubbled apon your question so i registered Just to reply to your comment. here's what you do? power the phone on with the battery cover off. Then Really quick barley remove the battery, Jennz this has to be done like Super quick! just for it to glitch, If you were fast enough it should have turned off then back on and your homescreen should appear bypassing the code. Hope that helps =) Ok now now to keep looking for an answer to my question.

But to get rid of this problem permanently, you'll have to take to Cricket and get an associate to remove the passcode once and for all.
