After a whole ordeal with tmobile they so call lifted the webguard off my account. I had access to all types of sites as well as I was able to search any web page. Now I log into my account, i double check the web guard and it is selected "off" but yet now I cannot access anything . This is getting kind of annoying when I'm out and I want to look something up, movie trivia, novelty gifts ect. Is there a way I can have them cancel the web guard all together being that I'm the primary account holder especially when I'm the only one on the account. BTW my phone is a prepaid if that helps in anyway.

I was unaware webguard covered the sidekick connection. I don't have it, so you can get rid of it. If you can get rid of it on my.t-mobile, try that. If not call cs and have them remove it.
