ji there i have a sony w810i and i need it flashing as it keeps flashing black and white, and i tried instaling the software update of the sony site and gets to about 97% then stops, id there any programs i can use to solve this problem i have been to see shop will cost about 25 pound, if there is anything i can do the help would be great thankyou

the sony ericsson forum - but in any case you could try to flash the phone yourself, there's risks here and you'd void a warranty but that's something you could do. you could also use a remote server
