I have a nokia 3650 phone and i have been only using it for weeks or so but as far as i know you can upload ringtones, games and applications either by:
1. using wap on your nokia 3650 phone and downloading it via wap
2. using a cable to connect it to your computer
3. you can use an infrared connection or a bluetooth connection if your PC has either of the two
I for one think the best way is the infrared or bluetooth connection but the bluetooth is better.....
I hope that this helps in any way.

blue tooth is better simply because your not limeted to a 1m radias & both devices (the infra red adapter and phone) must have there infra red ports pointed at each other, which makes bluetooth better since its only limit is 10m (short range bluetooth) and 100m (long range bluetooth which isnt in mobile phones as yet) and bluetooth can go through most solid objects (onless your house is made from lead lol) but there is a down side bluetooth phones and bluetooth dongles or adapters for pc can cost alot more then infra red
i hope this helps

Im glad that it helps in anyway....
I like my phone just fine because it has many features....
I have both the bluetooth and the infrared...it was already in features of my phone when I bought it...
Bluetooth is better because it has more range coverage and you can move your phone not just placing it near the infrared area of your computer....although not all computers have bluetooth connection...
The info jamatjam gave was quite accurate....
What sites were you referring to? I didn't see it....
